At Health Policy Associates Inc. there are six professional levels:

Data Entry Associates are involved in a majority of our projects. All are extremely detail-oriented and thorough when entering data into our double blind verification system.

The Clinical Research Associate position is an entry-level position at Health Policy Associates Inc. for undergraduate and master’s of science degrees. Clinical Research Associates must have exceptional analytical, writing and research skills.

A Senior Clinical Research Associate must be able to plan and direct a module of a project to make it valuable to the client. This requires the Senior Clinical Research Associate to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both junior and senior colleagues.

A Project Manager must have extraordinary leadership skills in order to manage an entire project that meets the proper standards. The Project Manager must be able to train professionals and be the liaison between our clients and our team.

A Director must excel in project management, plus have the capability to contribute to concept development and client acquisition, and facilitate projects with the rest of the team.

A Vice President must have extraordinary leadership skills to assist in the firm’s daily operations. The Vice President will oversee the projects from beginning to end and will be an integral part of the company’s senior management. He/she will be an integral part of the company’s senior management.
